Head and shoulders portrait of Jean Bernoulli in three quarter profile to the right as viewed. He wears full length curled wig and is dressed in jacket with cape draped over shoulders.
Inscribed ‘JEAN BERNOUILLI, ni en 1667 morten 1748’ and pencilled ‘1712’.
