Half length portrait of Gustavus Adam Nolcken.
Inscribed ‘Painted by Ch Fr de Breda R.A. Stockholm, Painter to the King of Sweden. S Liparoti [?] Engraved. GUSTAVEUS BARON DE NOLCKEN His Swedish Maj Envoy Ext & Minister Plenipat the Court of Great Brittain’ and pencilled ‘1777’.
Gustave Adam Nolcken was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1777.
