    Half length portrait of John Constantine Phipps, Baron Mulgrave, turned to the left as viewed, with eyes focused on the distance. In an oval frame, crest of seven stars with unicorn and ram supporters, below.

    Baron Mulgrave was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1771, he was Vice President from 1778 to 1792.
