    Head and shoulders portrait of Thomas Millington, facing forward with head turned slightly to the left as viewed. He wears long wig, dark jacket, and shirt with square collar. In an oval frame.
    Inscribed ‘Sir Thomas Millington MD, FRS' and pencilled ‘1802’ and scrubbed out.

    Sir Thomas Millington was not a Fellow of the Royal Society, he was a physician and was president of the Royal College of Physicians from 1696 until his death in 1704.
