    Head and shoulders portrait of John Pearson, turned slightly to the left as viewed and looking directly to viewer. He wears cap, cassock and bands. Oval in a rectangular frame.

    Inscribed ‘Bp. Pearson’.

    John Pearson was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society 1667 and was vice president from 1676 to 1675.
