Half-length portrait of Henry Petty-Fitzmaurice, seated in an armchair, facing left as viewed and looking off to distance. He has side whiskers and rests chin against left hand.
Facsimile signature on separate paper and pencilled ‘2 July 1780. 1811’.
Henry Petty-Fitzmaurice was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1811.
