    Half-length portrait of Henry Revell Reynolds, turned slightly to the left as viewed and looking off to distance. He wears short wig, regency-style coat and cravat.

    Inscribed ‘Henry Revell Reynolds M.D. F.R.S &c. Engraved for the European Magazine by T. Blood from an Original Picture by Abbott.’ and pencilled ‘1781'.

    Henry Revell Reynolds was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1781.
