                                Three-quarter length portrait of Arthur St George Joseph McCarthy Huggett greeting Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. Standing in three-quarter profile to the left, with a group of people, he wears ceremonial robes and holds a tudor-bonnet hat in left hand. The Queen Mother is in right profile, she wears silk dress and bonnet, long gloves, and fur shawl. Bouquets of tulips and daffodils adorn the edge of the room.
Possibly taken on 24th March 1959, during the ceremony of Laying the Foundation Stone of the North Wing Extension of the Medical School, St Mary’s Hospital.
