    Full-length portrait of Arthur St George Joseph McCarthy Huggett standing in the middle of four gentleman in front of the entrance to a stone building in Egypt. He wears light colour suit with shirt and tie, and stands facing forward with arms behind back. Gentleman to his right as viewed and gentleman on the far left wear fez/tarboosh headwear with suits.

    Huggett was an examiner for the University of London at Overseas Universities with the object of maintaining common standards of medical training, he visited Egypt in this way and later Nigeria and Uganda.

    Arthur St George Joseph McCarthy Huggett (1897-1968) was a British physiologist and obstetrician, he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1958.
