Description
Marine zoological studies of jellyfish. Figure 1 possibly the Lion’s Mane Jellyfish Cyanea capillata (here styled Medusa capillata). Figures 2-3 unidentified jellyfish, possibly the Compass jellyfish Chrysaora hysoscella observed in the sea in the area of Haarlem in1762.
