Description
Marine zoological studies of egg cases of cartilaginous fish. Figure 1 represents a full egg case. Figure 2 is described as the empty egg-case of a shark. No species attribution is given in either case, but presumably both are the mermaid’s purses of a members of the dogfish or shark families.
