Description
Head and shoulders portrait of Nathaniel Vincent in three quarter profile to the right, eyes directed out to viewer. He wears shoulder length wig and is dressed in cassock and bands. Oval in a rectangular frame.
Inscribed ‘R. White delin. Et sculp. The true Effigies of Mr. Nathanael Vincent, Minister of the Gospel’.
Nathaniel Vincent was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1683.
