Half-length portrait of Topham Beauclerk turned to the left as viewed and looking back over left shoulder.
Inscribed ‘G.P. Harding del. Samuel Bellin sculp. From a Picture in the possession of Lord Holland. Published by John Murray, London, 1836’ with facsimile signature and pencilled ‘1770.’
Topham Beauclerk was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1770.
