Head and shoulders portrait of Henry Cline inclined to the left as viewed and looking back to viewer. Oval in a rectangular frame.
Inscribed ‘usumque medendi maluit. C. Metz pinxt. Goldar sculpt’ and pencilled ‘1807 Mr Cline’.
Henry Cline was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1807.
