Small diagrams in the text indicating the length and breadth of the extraordinarily large breasts of Elizabeth Travers, whose measurements were taken with a tape. The tape with markings has survived with the original letter, EL/D1/14. William Durston's account was printed in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol. 4, no. 52, pp. 1047-50.
