Half-length portrait of Joseph Henry Green reproduced from a chalk and charcoal drawing. Green’s face is shown in the most detail with his jacket sketched in lightly below. His head is turned slightly towards the right with his eyes looking out towards the viewer. He wears a bow tie with a dark jacket and has neat, white hair.
