The text is handwritten, with gold colouring on some letters. Close to the binding is the signature 'ex[cudit] W: Wray' (W. Wray composed this). The printed template was sold by George Savile, described as 'stationer at the Crown under Sergeant's Inn in Chancery Lane'.
