    The diagrams and equations appear not to be related to those in Moivre's paper on fluxions, which makes up the rest of Cl.P/1/39 and which was read to the Royal Society on 10 July 1695 and published in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol. 19, no. 216 (1695), pp. 52-57.
