Seven drawings of the different stages of cheese-making by William Jackson, based in Nantwich, Cheshire. Jackson also communicated to the Royal Society an image and description of the salt-making process in Cheshire (printed in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol. 4, no. 53 (1669), pp. 1067-79) and a design of a pigeon house (letter to Henry Oldenburg, 18 December 1669).
