Description
Instrument for experimenting on capillary tubes and siphons by Henry Power. The paper was read at the meeting of the Royal Society on 26 February 1662.

At the meeting of the Royal Society on 26 February 1662, ‘Dr. Power sent to the society a paper concerning some experiments of his relating to the rise of water in small tubes’ (Birch 1:77).
