    Description
This paper 'On a certain Rainbow' by Dr Rolfe, describes the appearance of three rainbows and three suns on Wednesday 2 July around 6 o'clock in the morning.

The observation is likely to be related to a similar phenomenon observed by William Hodder and described in the minutes of the Dublin Philosophical Society on 14 April 1684.
