    Diagrams from William Croone's paper (Cl.P/3i/44/001-03) on moving bodies, which was read to the Royal Society on 21 January 1669, and ordered to be registered.

    These diagrams are copied from the ones at RBO/4/044-47. Another copy can be found at RBC/3/125-27. This is a copy in Robert Boyle's papers.

    At the meeting of the Royal Society on 21 January 1669, ‘Dr. Croune brought in his hypothesis of motion, which was read, and ordered to be registered, and to be compared by those members, who were formerly nominated for that purpose, with the other theories already given in’ (Birch 2:340).
