    A Jamaican wasp and locust drawn on a tromp l'oeil effect paper and signed by Andrew Peter Dupont (d. 1770). The inscriptions below, 'Felton' in pencil and 'VI' in pen, tally with the fact that it was published as tab. 6 in Samuel Felton, 'An account of a singular species of wasp and locust', Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol. 54 (1764), pp. 53-56 (with the lettering: 'A P Dupont pinx[i]t and J. Mynde sc[ulpsit]').
