    Figure of an insect out of the artery of a sheep's liver, observed on 13 September 1692.
    Transcription
    Insect out of ye Arteryes in a sheeps Liver Sept 13: 1692; It held itselfe fast by ye upper end where it had an hole (a), & another at (b) at (c ) was a blackish substance & from there a dark llne to ye tail. They lay in all ye branches of ye Arterys & no where else in ye liver it moved ye end (a) by thrusting it out & drawing it in again. ye rest of it moved but little & are I suppose as ye fins of an oyster to which this I suppose has some kindred.
