Three figures to issue 52 of the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, including the anatomy of the testis and portrait of Elizabeth Travers.
Fig. I Anatomical study of the human testis after the tunica albuginea is removed. Observed by Dr Edmond King in his letter dated 17 December 1668.
Fig. II Anatomical study of the testis, dissected and preserved in spirit of wine, described as a ‘curious heap of strings’. Observed by Regnier de Graaf in his Letter dated 25 July 1669 at Delft.
Fig III Portrait of Elizabeth Travers with excessively swollen breasts.

The original letter by de Graaf can be found in the Early Letters of the Royal Society EL/G1/6 and recorded in the Letter Book LBO/29/106.The original letter by Edmond King can be found in the Classified Papers of the Royal Society CLP/12i/20 and recorded in the Register Book RBO/4/10.

The original letter, together with the tape that measured her swollen breasts can be found in the Early Letters of the Royal Society, EL/D1/11.
