    Description
    Zoological study of a variegated squirrel, Sciurus variegatoides, referred to here as Sciurus variegatus, shown in right profile with its tail raised. The variegated squirrel is a tree squirrel that occurs in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Southern Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama.
