    Description
    Half length seated portrait of Huntingford in clerical dress and wig, his left hand in the foreground with a ring on the little finger.

    Cropped with a separately cut inscription pasted on the shared backing sheet: “GEORGE ISAAC HUNTINGFORD, D.D. F.R.S. Warden of Winchester College, & Lord Bishop of Gloucester...[remainder cropped]. Inscribed in pencil lower left “1804”.

    George Isaac Huntingford was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1804.
