William Harold Pearsall (1891-1964), British ecologist and botanist, was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1940.
Gordon Elliott Fogg (1919-2005), British biologist, was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1965 and served on its Council between 1980-1982.
