Description
Watercolour paintings of an Egyptian sarcophagus, the mummy it contained, still wrapped in cerecloth and bandages, and a fragment of bandages on which Egyptian characters are printed.

Augustus Bozzi Granville (1783-1872) was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1817.
Henry Perry was a British painter and print publisher who exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts exhibitions between 1810 and 1825.
