Description
Botanical illustration of Rossioglossum grande here styled Odontoglossom grande or the great Odontoglossum orchid. Depicting a single specimen with a cluster of pseudo-bulbs bearing a pair of bluish green leaves, with black speckles on the underside. A single scape issuing from the base of the bulbs and bearing several flowers. The sepals and petals are bright yellow with deep reddish brown markings, with a paler lip and rich orange centre.
