Description
Head and shoulders portrait of Scipione Maffei within an oval frame. He is shown facing towards the right, as viewed, and is seen wearing a dark robe, light waistcoat and white necktie. Meffei is shown with a long, curly wig that descends to his shoulders, his eyes look out towards the viewer.
