Plate 28 from the paper "Particulars respecting the anatomy of the Dugong, intended as a supplement to Sir T.S.Raffles account of that animal", by Everard Home, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol.110 (1820), pp.315-323. Study of the heart of a male dugong (Dugong dugon) showing the aorta and pulmonary artery. The work is inscribed with publication and plate details. Not signed. Royal Society stamp verso.
