Description
Plate 13 figure 11 from the paper “Proceedings relative to the accident by lightning at Heckingham”, by Charles Blagden, Edward Nairne and other contributors, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol.72 part 1 1782 pp.355-378. The full title caption reads: “North East view of the Stable Lean-to, and part of the East Flank.” Publishing details have been added in pencil upper right and the plate is marked “Fig XI” upper left. Not signed. Original painting is pasted onto a backing sheet.
