Carte-de-visite head and shoulders portrait of Michael Faraday. Inscribed verso [by William Fletcher Barrett]: “Prof Faraday not good bought June 1864 taken about 6 mo[nth]s. previously WFB”. Engraved below the image: “Ernest Edwards, 20 Baker Street”.
