Half length portrait of the Duke of York in military dress.
Inscribed: “His Royal Highness FREDERICK DUKE OF YORK, Comander in Chief. Engraved for the Military Panorama by H.R.Cook freom a Miniature by W.Haines. London Published Octr. 1 1812 by P.Martin Orchard Street Portman Square.” In pencil lower left “1789” and lower right “1/-“.
Frederick, Duke of York, was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1789.
