    Description
    Half-length oval portrait of Richard Waller, his body half-turned to the viewer’s left. Dressed in a grey shoulder-length wig, white shirt and neck-cloth, with a peach-coloured robe.

    Richard Waller was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1681.
