Illustrations to ‘An extract of Signor Cassini’s letter concerning a spot lately seen in the sun; together with a remarkable observation of Saturn, made by the same’ in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol. 11, issue 128 (25 September 1676). The original paper containing figures II-IV can be found in Classified Papers of the Royal Society CLP/8i/32.
