By Mr. John Honohane, communicated by William Molyneux, published in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, vol.19, issue 233 (Oct 1697) 714-715. The original paper can be found in the Classified Papers of the Royal Society CLP/9i/60.

    William Molyneux (1656-1698), Irish philosopher and political writer, was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1686.
