    Richard Price (1723-1791), British philosopher, was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1765.

    Photograph produced for an edition of Social England by Henry Duff Traill (1842-1900), to be published by Cassell. Permission was requested to reproduce the Royal Society portraits of James Bradley, Humphry Davy, Richard Price and John Pringle which was granted in March 1903.
